Want to know more about how I went from chef to website owner?  Hi, I'm Chef K. Blair. Thanks for checking out my website. I love cooking and that is why I created this website. 

I guess it all started with my easy Bake Oven. I used to make the little cakes from the mixes that came with the oven. After they ran out I started concocting my own recipes from whatever I could find in the kitchen cabinets. When all the other kids were outside playing on Saturday Morning, I was inside watching cooking shows on public television. What can I say, I just love learning about cooking!

I am a personal chef and caterer specializing in private dinner parties. 

Cuisine Liberte is the name of my personal chef business and it means "Kitchen Freedom" in French. My goal is to take my passion for cooking and use it to make other peoples lives easier and more enjoyable.  I wanted to create a website all about cooking and recipes.  Along the way I honed in on a little more specific niche...Dinner Parties!

While I love to create menus for my clients special occasions, I can't be everywhere all the time.  The beauty of having this website, is that is on 24/7 to answer all of your dinner party questions.  People from all over somehow find my website and hopefully get all the information they need to start having thier own dinner parties no matter where they are.

One of my other hobbies is collecting cookbooks.  When I find a recipe or a menu idea that I think people would like, I post it here.
